This notice describes the booking and demo-request form on the Dash Autonomy website, operated by Dash Dynamic Pvt Ltd.
What the form collects
Name, work email, company, facility city or country, industry, payload class, requested configuration, inquiry type, estimated fleet size, and any optional phone number or notes you provide. The system also stores a submission reference, timestamp, request identifier and consent version.
Why it is collected
To review your application, discuss configuration and integrations, and respond about a booking, quotation or demonstration. Submission does not create a purchase contract and no payment information is requested.
Where it is stored and who can access it
Form submissions are stored in the private Cloudflare D1 database attached to this hosted website through ChatGPT Sites. The site owner and authorized site administrators can review the records. Public visitors cannot browse inquiries. Hosting providers process the data to operate the service; infrastructure logging may also be handled by those providers.
The form currently has no email-notification, WhatsApp, CRM or Lovable data connection. Product integrations described elsewhere on the website are separate from this inquiry form.
Retention and requests
There is currently no automatic deletion schedule configured for inquiries. Contact Dash Dynamic to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw permission for future contact. Please include your submission reference when available. Requests are reviewed and handled by the team.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not install a marketing analytics or advertising tracker in its application code. The hosting platform may use technical services or cookies needed to deliver and secure the site. Information entered into the form is not published publicly.
