Is Dash Autonomy a commercial product?
Yes. Beta versions have been developed, validated with CART Lab at IIT Delhi and showcased to industry teams. The commercial platform is ready, production has started and bookings are open. Shipping begins in October 2027.
What does a booking confirm?
This website records your booking request and requirements. Dash Dynamic follows up with configuration, pricing and delivery terms. A submitted form is not a purchase contract or a confirmed production slot; no payment is collected here.
How does the complete ecosystem work?
Business alerts enter the management software, which plans jobs and coordinates the fleet. The robots move materials and recharge wirelessly. Weight readings, transfer logs and operational reports connect physical movements to your factory records.
Can the system connect to our software or WhatsApp?
The ecosystem supports third-party software integration and event-driven requests from apps or WhatsApp workflows. The systems, connector availability, permissions and alert rules for your installation are agreed during integration scoping.
Does zero-lag mean a guaranteed response time?
The goal is low-latency coordination across requests, planning and execution. There is no universal zero-latency guarantee: response time depends on the network, integrations, workload and site configuration. Performance is agreed and measured for the installation.
What do compliance and inventory reports cover?
Operational reports bring together load-weight readings, inventory-transfer logs and movement events for audit and reconciliation. The reporting scope and correlation fields are configured for your factory. These records support compliance work; they do not independently certify legal or regulatory compliance.
Can operators train or manually use the robot?
Yes. Manual operation is built in for training and supervised use when required. Route setup, operating boundaries and the transition to autonomous operation form part of commissioning.
Where does my website inquiry go?
Your inquiry is saved in the private database attached to this website. It is accessible to the site owner and authorized site administrators, not public visitors. The form does not currently send email or WhatsApp notifications or copy inquiries into a CRM.
